You will sit down with Sara to discuss anything out of alignment with your life, delve into your passions as well as find a path toward your life’s purpose, learn of ways to unconditionally love and care for yourself, and receive intuitive guidance on how to move through the opportunities & challenges currently being presented.

It is strongly encouraged to bring a notebook and pen to your session to take notes. It will help you be more intentional with the information offered, which will only benefit you moving forward.

This session is considered to be Shadow Work. You are not meant to live in your shadows, but simply to visit them, face them, and release them. After your session, it is encouraged that you plan for some fun & self-love to help balance your day. Drink water, listen to uplifting music, treat yourself to a tasty indulgence, laugh with friends & family, sleep, and/or refresh yourself in whatever way that calls to you.
